1. I chose baseball to research. I know nothing about sports in general so sorry.
2. I chose the Gators.
3. The top 5 teams for college baseball are Florida, Vanderbilt, Miami, Louisville, and Mississippi State.
4. The Florida Gators have 4 wins and no losses. The NCAA College Baseball World Series is in June. Virginia won the NCAA Championships 4-2 against Vanderbilt last year.
5. Baseball is played in nine innings, where each team gets a turn to bat.
If the pitcher pitches four pitches out of the strike zone, the batter gets to walk to first base.

7. "Swing and a miss." He swung, but he missed.
8. Babe Ruth was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1895. He was sent to reformatory school at St Mary's Industrial School for Boys, and learned baseball there. He played for the Baltimore Orioles but was sold to the Boston Red Sox, and was then sold to the Yankees. He hit 60 home runs in 1927, breaking his own single-season record.
